Primary point of contact for seasonal management teams regarding maintenance issues. Responds timely to general and emergency maintenance call-outs, resolves issues on-site and identifies root causes. Responsible for maintaining portfolio of luxury ski chalets and supporting wider team in exceptional service delivery.
