Privacy Policy

This page explains what szn tracker ("we", "us") collects when you use szntracker.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect

| Anonymous visit hash | Every page load | A one-way hash of your IP + browser, salted and rotated daily. We never store your raw IP address — the hash can't be reversed or linked across days. Used only for aggregate traffic counts. |
| Apply-click events | You click "Apply" on a listing | Which job, and when — not tied to your identity unless you're separately logged in elsewhere on the same request. |
| Saved / applied jobs | You save a listing or track an application (requires an account) | Stored against your account so your application tracker works across devices — visible only to you, never shared with employers or third parties. |
Third-party analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage. Both set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies (Google, Microsoft). You can opt out using your browser's cookie/tracking settings or extensions like uBlock Origin.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Aggregate visit and apply-click data is kept indefinitely in anonymized/aggregate form to track site growth — it isn't linked to your identity.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data at any time by emailing contact@szntracker.com. We don't currently have a self-service "delete my account" button in the product — email is the fastest way to get this done until we build one.
Who else sees this data
We don't sell your data. It's stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, deployed on Vercel — both process data on our behalf under their own security/compliance commitments. We don't share job seeker data with the employers listed on the site; applying to a job takes you directly to that employer's own application process, which has its own privacy practices.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
