About this role
Experienced Chalet Manager or hands-on leader to manage an Exclusive Collection chalet. Primary point of contact for guests, leading all service delivery aspects. Will supervise an Assistant Manager and multiple Chalet Hosts, with responsibility for training, mentoring and setting brand standards.
